If the return is caused by the consumer, consumers should be responsible for the shipping fee.

If due to our reasons the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

🕒 Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that final-sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

We currently offer store credit for approved returns. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your credit within 3–7 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the shipping cost.

  • For other reasons (like size, color, or change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately — ideally within 7 days of delivery — so we can resolve the issue quickly.
